I have carefully read, understood and voluntarily accepted the Admission Rules, Fee Rules, Refund Policy, Code of Conduct and all other regulations of Vedic Vishva Vidyapeeth available on the Institute Website and Admission Form.
All information and documents submitted by me are true, genuine and complete. I understand that submission of any false, misleading or forged document may result in cancellation of my admission without any claim.
I understand that admission is subject to verification of eligibility, documents and approval of the Institute.
I understand and agree that all fees paid after admission are final and are ordinarily non-refundable, non-transferable and non-adjustable, except where required by applicable law or where the competent authority of the Institute approves otherwise in writing.
I understand that submission of any request for cancellation, withdrawal or refund does not automatically entitle me to receive any refund. Every such request shall be considered only after receipt of a written application and in accordance with the Institute Rules and applicable law.
I understand that no verbal assurance, telephone conversation, WhatsApp message or statement made by any employee, representative or counsellor shall be binding upon the Institute unless confirmed in writing by the Director/Registrar or other competent authority.
I agree to maintain discipline and abide by all academic, administrative and ethical rules of the Institute. Any violation may attract disciplinary action, including suspension or cancellation of admission, as per Institute Rules.
I consent to the Institute collecting, storing and using my personal information and documents for admission, academic, examination, certification and administrative purposes.
I voluntarily accept all the above terms and conditions without any pressure, coercion or misunderstanding.

I further agree that any dispute relating to admission, fee, refund or academic matters shall first be submitted in writing to the Institute Grievance Committee for consideration before initiating any other legal remedy.
