NOTICE REGARDING FEE CLEARANCE FOR DECEMBER 2026 – JANUARY 2027 EXAMINATIONS

Subject: Mandatory Clearance of All Outstanding Fees by 30th November 2026

All students enrolled in all academic levels and programmes of Vedic Vishva Vidyapeeth are hereby informed that the upcoming examinations scheduled for December 2026 – January 2027 require complete financial clearance.

Students must clear all applicable dues on or before 30th November 2026.

Applicable Fees

Semester / Tuition Fees
Examination Fees
Admission / Registration Fees, if pending
Library Fees
Study Materials / Book Charges
Internship / Practical / Other Academic Fees
Any other outstanding institutional dues

Late Payment Charges

A late charge of ₹500 per day will be applicable from 1st December 2026 for pending payments.
Late charges will be calculated on a day-wise basis until clearance of the outstanding dues, subject to institutional rules.

Important Instructions

All students must clear their outstanding fees within the prescribed deadline.
Students must retain their official payment receipts.
Pending dues may result in withholding of examination permission and Admit Card generation.
Examination Forms and Admit Cards will be processed subject to academic, attendance and financial eligibility.
Students are advised to check their Student Portal and contact the Accounts Department in case of any payment discrepancy.

This notice is applicable to all students, irrespective of course, department, academic level or mode of learning.

All concerned students are requested to comply with this notification within the stipulated time to avoid inconvenience during the examination process.

Important Notice for All Students

All semester exams for the academic year 2023-2024 will be conducted on or before July 2024.

Key Details:

Examination Period: June & July 2024
Modes of Examination:
- Offline Mode: Exams will be conducted at designated centers.
- Online Mode: Exams will be conducted through a secure online platform.
- On-Demand Exam Mode: Available for external/blended students upon request.

Guidelines:

Offline Exams:
- Students must report to the exam center at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- Carry a valid admit card and a photo ID.
- Electronic devices are not allowed in the exam hall.
Online Exams:
- Ensure a stable internet connection and a functional device with a webcam.
- Follow the online exam platform's instructions carefully.
On-Demand Exams:
- Apply at least 15 days in advance.
- The schedule and guidelines will be provided upon approval.

Result Declaration:

Results will be announced within 30 days after the completion of exams.
Access your results through the institute's official website.

Re-evaluation:

Apply for re-evaluation within 10 days of result declaration.
A nominal fee will be charged.
